Bond Oji maintains an active presence in the entrepreneurial community of St. Albans, New York, and has owned and managed Motorways Corp. for more than two decades. Beginning in the vehicle salvage business, Bond Oji consistently expanded operations by seeking quality pre-owned cars with clean titles. He operates a thriving company with a physical location in Manheim, New Jersey, that sells to diverse dealers, auction houses, and individual purchasers.

The company's inventory includes popular models such as the Jeep Wrangler, Nissan Pathfinder, and Land Rover, as well as high-end vehicles such as Lexus and Rolls Royce. Mr. Oji procures and sells commercial vehicles, including a limited supply of heavy-duty trucks, and finds foreign export pathways for international buyers.

For 11 years, Mr. Oji also served as a staff nurse at Elmhurst Hospital Center and implemented individualized care plans that met diverse wellness needs. His capabilities included caring for wounds, performing injections, and preparing patients for surgery. Bond Oji's qualifications extend to using EKG and telemetry equipment, and he is phlebotomy certified. He remains a registered nurse in New York, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
